About the Donor	“As longtime members of the community who have supported Scouting in the Oshawa area, one of our core objectives is to assist youth who have demonstrated community involvement,” indicated the Secretary of the Board of The Samac Foundation. “We want to ensure students attending the university have ongoing support and we are equipping today’s youth for their future. Students who work hard are worthy of a reward of a bursary or scholarship; our goal is to help make this happen. The number of advancements the university has already accomplished in a few short years promises greatness for present and future generations. We want to be part of this as donors and supporters of students.”
