About the Donor |
As successful farmers, the Dulemba's knew the value of sowing seeds and patiently awaiting a healthy yield. After her husband died, Stephanie decided to move back to her native Poland, a defining moment for her since they had made Canada their home in 1947. Stephanie donated her 2.5 acre property, hoping its value would help fulfill the dreams of many students, particularly those within Canada’s immigrant communities. Today, Ontario Tech’s Library study hall is named the Alexander J. and Stephanie Dulemba Study Hall, a place where students can gather, socialize and dream of their future success. |
