It is easy to become caught up in the work you are doing and forget to take breaks. Quick stretch breaks or walks are essential for your physical and mental health while working, especially while working from home.

- Take movement breaks. Get up and move around, do light stretches or go for a walk around the office or home to reduce stiffness from sitting.
- Use your lunch hour wisely. After you eat lunch, consider going for an outdoor walk with your remaining time.
- Do desk exercises. Incorporating simple stretches that can be done from your desk can help eliminate stiffness from sitting.
- Take advantage of the stairs. Avoid taking the elevator and utilize the stairs to incorporate more steps into your day.
