Learning outcomes
The University Works program provides students with quality work experience and valuable skills that will help them with their future careers upon graduation. The incorporation of experiential education in real-life employment, known as work integrated learning, is intended to give students a competitive edge in the job market.
Upon successful completion of their University Works employment, students should demonstrate the following outlined learning outcomes:

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills, including the ability to communicate effectively over email.
- Effectively collect, manage and understand data.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents with integrity, discretion and professionalism.
- Successfully perform administrative duties, including proofreading, editing, filing, copying, scanning, distributing mail, organizing documents and files.

Customer service positions
