Women for STEM Program

The Women for STEM program provides opportunities for female students to fulfill their potential in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM)-based fields, supported by three key pillars designed to engage and empower during their time at Ontario Tech:

  1. Career Readiness workshops for students.
  2. Scholarships for women in STEM fields traditionally underrepresented by women.
  3. Celebrations that provide industry leaders with opportunities to network and connect with students and each other supporting efforts to increase access and success for female students in STEM disciplines.

Students must have an application for admission to the university for an eligible program to be considered. No additional scholarship application is required. Successful recipients will be notified in September after final marks have been received.
