About the Donor	As the founding president responsible for ensuring the university was approved, built and launched, Dr. Gary Polonsky considers Ontario Tech University his crowning professional achievement and felt honoured to become a donor. Dr. Polonsky’s and Lois’ donation mostly supports academic pursuits by students, and a portion of their donation supports the Ridgebacks varsity athletics program.
