Government aid
Many students rely on government-funded student loans to assist them with the costs of post-secondary education. If you are an Ontario resident, you might be eligible for the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). By submitting a single OSAP application, you will be considered for federal and provincial loans and grants.
Funding is available for both full-time and part-time students:
- If you are taking three classes or more per term, complete the full-time OSAP application.
- If you are taking one or two classes per term, complete the part-time OSAP application.
- If you are a student with a permanent disability, you can be considered a full-time student while taking two classes per term.
